One press of a button and the glass surface changes from transparent to opaque. Puustamo's exterior doors with glass openings and the glass parts of entrance elements can be implemented with smart glass.

Smart glass contains a liquid crystal film, which when energized turns the glass surface transparent. The necessary electrical connections are built into the door frame and frames so that the wires and electrical connections remain hidden in the structures.

The smart glass can be controlled with the included remote control or it can be connected to a light switch.

The price of a standard-sized (10x21) Puustamo Maaninka exterior door equipped with smart glass is €2,542 including VAT 24% (€2,050 excluding VAT). Smart glass doors can be installed in many renovation projects.
